5 Day Yoga & Hike over a jungle mountain to Bottle Beach ...
Day 1:
8.30-10am - Yoga
10-11am - Fresh Tropical Fruists Coconut Milk/Cream/Yoghurt with museli
11-12.30pm - Rest - Swim in the tranquil turquoise blue sea or take a massage
12.30-2pm - Aerial Yin Yoga - Relaxing guided meditative Yoga Nidra Styled Relaxing asana in the Aerial Yoga Hammocks (set below the knee -Yin Yoga style support) With Guided Belly Breathing to activate the Vagus Nerve and Psoas Muscles into total relaxation.
2-2.30pm - Iced Herbal Tea
2.30-6pm - Feeling very Relaxed after your first day of Yoga & giving Yogis a bit of free time to explore their local surroundings as we are right on a long white sandy beach.
6-8pm - Group Dinner Sandy Bay Beach Resort
Day 2:
8.30-10am - Yoga
10-11am - Fresh Tropical Fruists Coconut Milk/Cream/Yoghurt with museli
11am - 12pm - Free time - to give the food time to digest, before a full body massage.
12- 3pm - Massage on the beach
3-4pm - Swim in the sea or swimming pool (showers are available around the pool on the beach;-))
4-5.30pm - Aerial Yin Yoga - Total Bliss on the Beach Total Relaxation
6-8pm - Sunset Dinner on the beach - Sandy Bay Haad Yao Beach
Day 3:
8-9.30am - Start us up with a Nice Breakfast Early before our Jungle Hike
10am - Taxi pick up from Sandy Bay
10.30 - 12pm Hike from Haad Khom to Bottle Beach over the Mountain.
12-3.30pm - Lunch at the local lovely Bottle Beach and a nice cold beer 🤔 maybe
3.30-4pm - Taxi Boat to Chaloklum
4-5pm - Taxi Car to Sandy Bay -
6-8pm - Dinner on the beach at Sandy Bay
Day 4:
8.30-10am - Yoga
10-11am - Fresh Tropical Fruists Coconut Milk/Cream/Yoghurt with museli

Day 5: Our Last day - Check to see if you want to extend your stay and do a 1 day boat cruise around the island or.. 1 Night campig in the jungle;-))

11am - 12pm - Free time - to give the food time to digest, before a full body massage.
12- 3pm - Massage on the beach
3-4pm - Swim in the sea or swimming pool (showers are available around the pool on the beach;-))
4-5.30pm - Aerial Yin Yoga - Total Bliss on the Beach Total Relaxation
6-8pm - Sunset Dinner on the beach - at the famous Friday gathering of local expats on Zen Beach with Drumming Circle.
