Yoga Teacher Training Course - RYT200 - 1 Month Live - 28 August - 25 September 2022 - Check in to your own private sea view fan or A/C bungalow - from 2pm Sunday - go swim at the pool on the beach or go for a walk along Haad Yao soft sandy blue turqoise sea beach - you can even arrive a week early (at your cost - let us know) settle in and the group wil "Meet & Greet - Orientations" at 5pm- Group Dinner by 7pm - The intensive full time 6 days a week YTTC will begin with Asana Classs starting early Monday - Saturday mornings;  followed by pranayamas; bhandas; mantras; meditation; brunch & short rest; lecutures & asana.  Ending off with sunset dinner then time to self reflect, clean and get ready for bed.  Limited spaces allows for more personal attention to each student.  Total of 24 days Sundays are Rest/Fast.  Movie nights - Yoga Documentary - History of Yoga. 1 Extra group excursions outing.  If you stay on 2 weeks after - opportunity to teach Karma Free Yoga to the community - for Love & Experience and the gift giving.
