All levels are Welcome to join the yoga and basic modern Indian vegetarian cooking dish.

Program: Time Zone : Zurich, Switzerland - Central European time

Yoga  - 8-9am - 1 hour Hatha Gentle yoga with Vanessa

3 hours break - Food should be pre-pared, take time to have light breakfast, relax and check last minute details, setting up your Zoom camera, getting the right angle of the food work area, and kitchen to be ready to go directly online to start cooking.

 

12-1.30pm - 90min cooking instructed by Zai

1.30-2.30pm - 1hour eating & socialising online together.
